Throughout her 25+ year career, Carol continues to navigate & progress through a diverse array of roles, industries, ownership & business structures including private, public, employee-owned and private-equity partnered organizations. Accumulating significant experience, progressing through Management, Director & Senior/Executive Leadership roles, she has garnered recognition as a highly respected, reliable & trusted business partner. As a senior-level contributor & leader, she is celebrated for her astute business acumen. Her curiosity and persistence have consistently enabled her to acquire the expertise and insights necessary for effectively collaborating in the management of business operations. She confidently embodies high integrity and a top-tier service mindset, qualities that have consistently led to her achievements. She has previously served as a volunteer board member for the Northern Colorado SHRM chapter as well as youth sports organizations. In 2018, Carol & her husband relocated from Colorado to the Carolinas to be closer to family. In 2024, she launched Calivante Solutions, LLC. This venture reflects her desire to leverage her extensive experience and passion for collaboration to support businesses and professionals in refining, adjusting, and growing. Calivante Solutions offers expert services not only in Human Resources but also in the areas of Operational Structure, Process Improvements and Alignment to meet the goals of the business. Carol’s goal is to partner with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and drive success in their endeavors.

Her current certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and memberships in both the national and local SHRM chapters, coupled with past certifications such as the SHRM-CP and PHR, reflect her expertise in HR operations.
